Classic Home
Classic Home is always evolving, constantly growing, and consistently unique. Their diverse furniture collections fit any style, from modern to traditional, and anything in between. For their “Vintage Reclaimed” line, they’ve taken salvaged wood from weathered boats, antique old doors, and interesting buildings, and then retooled them to make intriguing pieces. Classic Home is committed to quality craftsmanship combined with green, renewed purpose.

Challenges Classic Home needed Jola Interactive to revitalize their brand and to continue to guide them in growing their customer base. With an increasing amount of recycled furniture out there, they needed definition to bring attention to the new brand of outstanding furniture that they handcrafted called “Vintage Reclaimed”. Classic Home was also looking to extend their reach to larger furniture retailers, and to generate additional interest from lifestyle stores and interior designers. We had to develop a way to present the company as more of a lifestyle brand that consumers would quickly be drawn to.

Solution Jola Interactive rebranded Classic Home’s original logo, then created the “Vintage Reclaimed” name and a brand new logo for Classic Home’s salvaged materials line. We created ad campaigns that would help to define Classic Home and make it stand out from the crowd, especially with their “Vintage Reclaimed” line, making it easier for retailers to sell to their customers and giving Classic Home more worth. In helping their retailers be more successful, we developed a retailer partnership program that provided customers with point of purchase collateral and advertising materials for their local markets. In addition, with Classic Home being a retainer client, Jola Interactive:
  • Created a Retail Partnership Program Including: Email campaign templates, consumer advertising templates, direct mail templates, consumer brochure, in store displays such as hangtags, table tents, etc., retail and consumer advertising, and themed eblasts. We created a section on Classic Home’s website for buyers to download all of their collateral, and redeveloped a consumer friendly catalog (trade catalog that also considers consumers at retail level) to make it more effective.

  • Assisted in recruiting from the President to the “key” salesperson, etc.

Results Jola Interactive assisted in putting a spotlight on Classic Home’s home décor and furniture lines, including their “Vintage Reclaimed” line, making it stand out and be noticed among a crowd of recycled material furniture collections. Jola helped them to develop a position in the market place as a leader in the design and manufacturing of beautiful furniture that fits in any home. The overall result is that through their marketing, they’ve become a much more visible company in the industry, which has helped them gain more customers, including key account business.
